Welcome to Neighbor to Neighbor AmeriCorps, serving Vermont elders and people with disabilities in partnership with the state's Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs).  Members are hosted around the state at the AAA offices, with part time regional coordinators for each AAA and a statewide program director.

Our mission is to serve elders and adults with disabilities by helping them live independently in the setting they prefer while aging successfully.

Key activities are:

• Performing direct services so elders can continue living independently
• Recruiting volunteers and directing their services
• Organizing and presenting healthy aging programs
• Partnering with senior centers and organizations to support elders
• Building member skills through training, teamwork, community service.
